Marvellous and good breakfast with lovely view, and the staff was attentive. There were climate control, TV set, and a mini-fridge-bar in the room, loved that. The hotel was in a stunning location, right on top of everything.

The room had a lovely decoration and a balcony, plus they offered a wake-up service if needed.

The location is ideal- a few minutes on foot to the old town. But it is situated in a side street and therefore quiet.Close to the An Bang beach.

The staff was exceptionally friendly. The location is excellent, not in the middle of the hustle and bustle, but still close to the centre. Breakfast was good, served on a terrace bordering on a green area. As a nice bonus, the hotel has a small, cozy pool.
Nothing.

The breakfast was very good, with lots of fruit, eggs, cereal, buns, good coffee. The rooms were very nicely decorated. The hotel was beautifully designed. The swimming pool was small, but very refreshing every afternoon. Towels provided and the pool was cleaned.
Bedbugs!!!!! in mosquito net and bed. It woke me up at night as the bugs are biting and crawling so did not sleep well that night .Yikes!!! The floors were not clean. When I mentioned the bugs to the staff, they acted as though they did not know what they were. (I had never seen them before myself). The sheets had brown spot from previous blood spots from the bugs. I had a reddish brown spot on my nightgown. The staff offered me another room but this was a good room on second floor on the back side where it was quiet. and there were no elevators for the higher floors. I did not get any compensation for my sleepless night. The hotel was quite nice, services for taxis were good but I still shudder about these bugs crawling in my bed. I would recommend this hotel if it was cleaner and no bedbugs. I cannot comment on the price as compared to other hotels.

The room was cozy and comfortable, making me feel right at home. The cable TV was a great addition, providing entertainment after a long day of exploring. I loved having a minibar in the room, it was convenient for keeping drinks and snacks. The work desk was a bonus, allowing me to catch up on some work in the evenings. Some rooms had a private balcony or city view window, which added a nice touch of charm. The flat-screen TV in each room was a nice touch, perfect for relaxing and watching a movie in bed.
Personally, I found the city view from the window a bit underwhelming.

Very friendly staff, good breakfast in a lovely outdoor environment.
A little further away than most hotels but even at that it's still only a 7-10 min walk to the centre of it all.

Lovely room with a balcony overlooking the fields, great breakfast at the terrace and superfriendly staff, best hotel I stayed at in Vietnam. 5-10 minutes walk from Hoi An's old town. Quiet location, but several restaurants and cafès in the same street and bike rental right outside.
The fields outside have a large population of frogs which make quite a bit of noise in the evenings. It didn't bother us, though, but it might be a reason to ask for a room facing the street.

The room and the view from the room was amazing. The breakfast is great, viewing from a deck over a rice field. Staff was attentive and friendly.
The reception also acted as a travel agent but they charged excessive charges for the booking of transport, two train tickets to Hanoi, price $32 each, bus to Hue $4 each. We were charged $40 and $7. Total price of tickets: $72. We were charged $94
